FAQ
Is my script uploaded anywhere?
No. QuickPrompt makes no network requests with your text. The script lives in your browser's local storage on this device only. Note that clearing your browser data will delete it, so keep your original copy elsewhere.
What is mirror mode?
It flips the text horizontally (⇋ button, or press M) so it reads correctly through the beam-splitter glass of a physical teleprompter rig.
Does it work on iPad and iPhone?
Yes — it runs in Safari and Chrome on iPad, iPhone and Android. On supported devices the screen stays awake automatically while prompting.
Can I use a keyboard or presenter remote?
Yes. Space plays/pauses and the arrow keys adjust speed and position. Most Bluetooth presenter remotes send Page Up / Page Down, which jump the script backward and forward.
